Booking and Cancellation Policies
For Group Trips:
- If you decide to cancel the trip for any reason, the deposit will not be returned.
- If a cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to the departure of a planned trip - 100% of your payment (minus the deposit) will be returned.
- If a cancellation is made with less than 4 weeks prior to the planned trip - None of your payment will be returned.
- If Second Summer cancels the trip, for any reason - outside of our control, it will always be with ample time of notification; and we will ensure that we return 100% of your payment.
- You will also have the option to change over to a different planned trip.
For Personalized Trips:
- Absolutely no refunds will be given for payments made for personalized trips.
Limitation of Liability:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- The relationship between [Second Summer] and the CLIENT will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals, unless the applicable Law provides otherwise.
- You are also informed that there is a conflict resolution platform created by the European Union and signed by the Member States, and you can use the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
